Here is a link to WarpPreview.

What is WarpPreview?

WarpPreview is a build of Warp that gets updated daily and contains unreleased features that are still in development. Using this build will give you early access to Warp features. Usually, a feature will exist on WarpPreview a minimum of 1 week before it gets released to production, but it could potentially be much more than that (up to the discretion of our engineering team).

What is the difference between WarpPreview and WarpBeta?

If you are familiar with the WarpBeta build, WarpPreview is meant to replace WarpBeta.

Why did the Warp team create WarpPreview?

WarpPreview was built specifically for Warp Ambassadors. We view Warp Ambassadors as an insider community of people that are interested in the technical details of what we are building and have strong opinions on Warp’s product design. WarpPreview was created with the hope of getting Warp Ambassadors more involved at an earlier stage of the process and ideally improve features before they reach a broader audience.

Can I post screenshots or screen captures from WarpPreview on social media (e.g. Twitter, Youtube, Twitch)?

As long as the feature has not been released yet, you should not post screenshots or screen captures from WarpPreview on social media. This build is meant to be circulated only with Warp Ambassadors, not with the public. Posting screenshots or videos of features from WarpPreview may cause confusion for broader users. If you do want to make content around these features, feel free to use WarpPreview to get image and video beforehand, but please wait for the feature to be officially released in our changelog before releasing that content publicly.

How do I know which features are being previewed?

We’ve added a new section to the in-app changelog view (accessible from “View latest changelog” in the main menu) that lists the preview features along with brief descriptions of each.

Can I share WarpPreview with friends?

No - please do not share WarpPreview with others without first letting the Warp team know. However, if somebody you know would like to try out WarpPreview, please have them schedule a chat with our CEO and founder Zach first using this link here.
