Structure
The Product Lead reports to Zach (CEO). The team consists of the Product Lead, Product Managers, and Analytics Engineer(s). The Product team is a peer org to the Engineering, Design, and Growth orgs.

As of 2024, the Product Team is responsible for Product, Data, and (early) Sales.
Product
Goals: Ensure Warp
- Is building the right features.
- Has the right feedback loops.
- Is executing on a product strategy and long-term roadmap that will set ourselves up for monetization and growth.
- Has great cross-functional relationships: engineering is getting the right support; marketing gets the most juice out of each feature launch.
Areas of responsibility:
- User and customer research
- Competitive research from a product perspective
- Managing previews and feedback loops with external teams and customers
- Higher-risk product directions (e.g. Warp Envs)
- Enterprise Product
- Self-serve Revenue and Paid Roadmap
- Growth Product* (Activation, Paid Conversion, Virality/Expansion)
- Pricing and Packaging*
