Primary responsibilities
- Making sure the company’s internal operations are smooth and efficient
- Make sure all employment issues (payroll, visas, etc) are handled promptly
- Make sure the physical work setup is efficient for all employees (equipment, accounts, office space)
- Manage and grow our physical office spaces
- Manage the relationship with our accountants and make sure the books are up to date
- Manage the relationship with our lawyers on issues related to employment
- Manage all of our vendor contracts, vet new vendors, make sure we have the right software tools to operate efficiently
- Manage user accounts within our SaaS tools
- including making sure they are secure
- making sure we aren’t wasting money on SaaS we don’t use
- Managing internal documents and content
- Make sure all of our internal documentation (GDrive, Notion, etc) is accessible, organized and useful to the team
- Employee onboarding & offboarding
- Managing formal offers for full-time, contractors, advisors and interns
- Account provisioning and hardware / home office needs
- Setting up initial meetings with team members
- Improving the onboarding process over time
- Making sure that our offboarding process is defined and smooth (account de-provisioning, returning equipment, etc)
- Helping plan and run team cultural events and offsites, and helping figure out how to improve them
- Helping the CEO
- Help the CEO with investor relations and fundraising related activities
- Help the CEO with one-off needs and projects related to keeping the company running smoothly
- Special projects - about 20% of time will be spent on more strategic & long-term special projects, including
- Helping grow our community of influential developers and Warp VIPs (at least until we hire a community focused Dev Advocate)
- Helping manage our content channels (at least until Jess starts full-time)
- Helping with recruiting (at least until we hire a recruiter)
- Future possible projects around partnerships, bizdev, sales

- Sprint planning and detailed issue triage and management — tbd who owns this
